Right of withdrawal: Within 14 days from receipt of acquired item or - in the case of services – from the conclusion of the contract. The Purchaser (consumer) can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. In such case the Seller will return all payments received from the Buyer. In order to withdraw from the contract appropriate declaration of will should be submitted to the Seller by sending e-mail to address: sklep@millano.eu. The shipment should be sent to the address: VEGA, Wilkowicka Street 2, 44-180 Toszek. In the case of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller does not bear the cost of sending the Goods back.

In the case of goods sold by us, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving acquired goods exists in each case. We declare that the goods delivered by us are free from defects.

Please write us e-mail message, in which information will be included, which goods You are not satisfied with. We respond to messages on ongoing basis on working days, from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

 

Description of complaint procedure: The Purchaser can submit complaints to the Seller concerning concluded Contract at: sklep@millano.eu or in writing to the address of the Seller. Correctly submitted complaint should include at least: first name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Purchaser, date of concluding the Contract being the basis for complaint, the subject of the complaint with indication of the request of the Purchaser, all circumstances justifying the complaint. If the data or information provided in the complaint require supplement, before considering the complaint the Seller requests the complainant to supplement it within indicated range. The Seller recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Purchaser or to address of traditional post.
