1.The following Privacy Policy contains the princples of collecting and processing information about Users, binding in the Viness Service

 

2.The Administrator of Personal Data ("ADO") within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws 1997, number 133, position 883) is VEGA Company.

 

3.The Service limits the use and collection of information about Users to necessary minimum required to provide services at the highest level. Data of the Users are not made available in any other way than it results from the purpose of the Service and the range of granted consent and declarations, information and data about Users to any other third parties without legal basis ordering such action. Transfer of above mentioned information follows only on request of authorized state bodies, in particular after presentation of relevant documents confirming the need to have these data for conducted proceedings.

 

4.Creation of account in the Service takes place by filling in the registration form, in which Users provide voluntarily the following personal data: first name, surname, street, house number, postal code, city, voivodeship, country, e-mail, telephone number, fax number.

 

5.Each User has the right to freely inspect provided personal data, to correct them and to demand removal of them at any time.

 

6.By opening Account and using the services of the Service, the User gives his consent to processing, collection, recording, storage, working out, making available and removal of personal data by the Administrator of Personal Data:

a) to the extent necessary to provide services in the Service,

b) for marketing and statistical purposes,

c) for the purpose of advertising, researching the market and behaviours and preferences, with the aim of using the results of such research for own purposes in order to improve the quality of services in the Service.

 

7.Cookies are small data files, especially text files, which are stored by the server on computer of the User. These files allow to recognize the device and display the website accordingly, adjusting it to preferences of the User. Cookies usually contain the name of the website, from which they come, time of their storage on device and a unique number.

 

8.The User gives consent to storage of cookies by the Administrator on his computer, which are necessary for proper provision of services. These files do not collect personal data of the User, do not change the configuration of his computer, do not serve to install or uninstall any computer programs, viruses or trojans, do not interfere with the integrity of the system or data of the Users.

 

9.Following types of cookies are used in the Service:

a) “session” cookies - temporary files, which remain on device of the User until logging out of the Service or turning off internet browser,

b) "permanent" cookies - files remain on device of the user for a period specified in the parameters of "cookies" files or until they are manually removed.

c) cookies from external entities, which have their own privacy policies, such as Google Inc (Google Analytics), Facebook Inc (facebook.com).

 

 

10.Cookies are used for statistical and marketing purposes, as well as to adjust the content of the Service to the Users' preferences.

 

11. Cookies are stored and used in the Service for up to 30 days.

 

12. The user can change internet browser settings at any time to refuse the use of cookies or to inform about sending cookies. If no changes are made, the above information can be placed and stored on terminal equipment of the User. The user in internet browser can manage cookies files on his own through:

a) acceptance of the use of cookies, what is connected with full access of the User to the options offered in the Service,

(b) management of individual cookies on websites,

(c) determination of individual settings for different types of cookies,

(d) blocking or deleting cookies.

 

More information about disabling automatic storage of cookies can be found in browser settings. Please note, however, that non-acceptance of cookies can cause difficulties in using the Service.

 

Integration Trusted Shops Trustbadge

On our website there is an integrated Trusted Shops Trustbadge, which is used to display our Trusted Shops quality mark and the shopping reviews we collected in our store, as well as to present the offer of Trusted Shops products available to buyers after ordering in our store.

The above serves to protect our overriding legitimate interest, consisting in the optimal functioning of our offer on the market. Trustbadge and the services advertised with it constitute the offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Kolonia.

In the case of calling the Trustbadge server automatically remembers the so-called server logs, including, for example, your IP address, date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the service provider submitting the query (access data) and document the call. Ww. access data are not analyzed and are automatically overwritten within seven days of the website being closed.

Other personal data is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you voluntarily decide to use Trusted Shops after completing your order or you have already registered for use with Trusted Shops. In such cases, the agreement entered into by you with Trusted Shops applies.
